Maidenhead Aquatics is pleased to be able to offer you the option to collect your online order in any one of our stores across the UK, free of charge with no minimum spend.
Click and Collect is free and is subject to stock availability.
Please note that your order may not be accepted if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or you have or we have identified a pricing or description error for the product, or due to circumstances beyond our control. In such a situation, our team will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.
Please also note that where some of our larger items show as having 1 item in stock, this item may be a display item/and although fit for purpose may not be in its original packaging. In this event, one of the team at your selected store will be in contact with you to discuss.
As soon as you have placed your order, the order will be prepared. As soon as it is ready for collection, we will send you an email to confirm that you can now collect it.
You will be notified via email to confirm that your order is ready to collect. Please do not try to collect your order until you have received this message.
Step 1 - When you place your Click and Collect order you will be receive a Click and Collect order confirmation email. This just tells you that we have received your order and are working behind the scenes to process it for you.
Step 2 - When your order is ready for collection you will be sent an email to let you know you can go to collect your order. Please wait for this final communication before going to store.
Step 3 - When you head to store, please bring your 'ready for collection' email and make your way to the till area where one of our colleagues will assist you.
Please bring with you your confirmation email to show our store colleagues when you arrive in store. All you need to do is show the colleague a copy of the email on your phone, no need to print copies.

We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to safeguard you from fraud, they will need to bring your order number and their own ID.
We will hold on to your Click and Collect order for 10 days.
If you’re not given the Click and Collect option on a product page, unfortunately this item is only available in our online store and not in any of our physical stores.
Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.
Otherwise, if you were logged in to your online account when you made the purchase, simply sign in and find the order number from the relevant purchase. Make a note of this and bring it to the shop when you collect.
If you weren’t logged in at time of purchase, we may still be able to release your order. Bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode to our team in store.
To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.
We’ll hold your order in store for 10 days after which we’ll return it to our stock and refund your account. This can take up to 14 days.
If you need to return a Click and Collect order you can do so at the store you collected it from. Store purchases and click and collect orders do not apply to the same 21 day return policy as seen on the website. Returns for the reason of 'changed mind' will not be accepted.
For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed on or before 3pm on Wednesday 20th December. We cannot guarantee delivery of these orders pre-Christmas as we are reliant on our couriers, but will use our best endeavours to get orders placed on this date out to you before Christmas.
