Gallery Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Maidenhead Aquatics does not accept responsibility for any images used in our Fishkeeper Gallery, nor does it guarantee the accuracy,completeness or usefulness of any information relating to the images uploaded, and is not responsible for their content.
   
   
2. Any user that uploads an image or images that are copyrighted, non-original or do not belong to the user, will be held fully responsible to any copyright infringementsYou expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the content and any data or information that you submit. We accept no liability for any outcomes that may result from content you submit. You agree to hold us harmless from and against any claim made and/or loss suffered due to content that you have provided to or provided via the Gallery.
   
   
3. If you believe any image shown is subject to this, please contact us immediately with proof of ownership via [email protected].
   
   
4. You acknowledge and accept that by submitting your images to the Gallery you grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process such content for any marketing activity relating the the Gallery competition.
   
   
5. Only one entry per user will be accepted for each month’s competition.
   
   
6. Entry into to the Gallery Competition is open to UK residents ONLY. We do not ship internationally so if a winning entry is selected that is from outside the UK we regret that we are unable to honour the prize. 
   
   
7. You also agree, through your use of this gallery, that you will not use this to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise a violation of any law. All uploads will be monitored and approved before being posted live, and the Company reserve the right to omit or edit any content contained within.
   
   
8. By uploading your image(s) to the Fishkeeper Gallery, the Company reserves the right to use your image(s) for any future commercial marketing or advertising purposes. You will permit us to post your name and aquarium/pond details through various social media and marketing campaigns.
   
   
9. When entering the gallery competition, in the event of winning, you also allow the Company permission to forward your details to the relevant third parties issuing your prize.
   
   
10. Maidenhead Aquatics reserves the right to (i) cancel this competition at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iii) amend these terms and conditions.
