    My webpage froze when placing an order. Has my order been processed?

    When you place an order on fishkeeper.co.uk you should receive an email from us within about 10 seconds of placing your order. If you have received an order email confirmation, then your order has been successfully placed. If you have not received an email within 30 minutes of placing your order (please check your junk mail) please contact our customer services team.

    For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed on or before 3pm on Wednesday 20th December. We cannot guarantee delivery of these orders pre-Christmas as we are reliant on our couriers, but will use our best endeavours to get orders placed on this date out to you before Christmas.
